Motorola has announced the plan to open 1000 Moto Hub stores across 100 cities by the end of 2018. The company will establish 100 new Moto Hubs in Tamil Nadu including 50 Moto Hub stores in Chennai. You will be able to experience a wide range of products including premium smartphones such as Moto Z2 force and Moto X4.
Commenting on the development, Sudhin Mathur, Managing Director, Motorola Mobility India disclosed that the company is highly focussed on sharing meaningful experiences and engage with our customers in a more effective way. mathur added that Moto Hubs is a unique way to address the requirements of customers.
This is made possible because of the ability to interact, engage and purchase quality products. The company will continue to expand the retail presence apart from finding new avenues on the online segment. The main aim is to enhance the customer experience by providing a facility for the user to test drive the smartphones and accessories.
According to Motorola, the Moto Hub stores will showcase Moto E4, Moto E4 Plus, Moto C, Moto C plus and Moto G/Z series. You will be able to experience Moto Mods including accessories such as headphones, Moto shells, covers including flip covers.
The company disclosed that nearly 5.5 lakh smartphones were sold out in Tamil Nadu each month with 37% growth in Chennai alone. The main reason for the huge spike in sales is due to the varied requirements of customers who carve premium experience shared by the products.
Previously, Motorola announced the opening of 50 and 25 moto hub stores in Mumbai and Kolkata. The company also announced the launch of 50 moto hubs in New Delhi in addition to the establishment of partnerships with Poorvika Mobiles across 43 cities in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, and Karnataka. When it comes to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Motorola established collaboration with Big C and Lot Mobile stores.
