Samsung has exciting plans to extend its A series smartphone lineup, as they officially announced the introduction of the A05s on October 13, 2023. Notably, this smartphone made its debut in Malaysia before heading to the Indian market. Although the pricing remains a well-guarded secret, Samsung did unveil some of its key features.

This device boasts a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD display featuring a punch-hole design, supporting a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and housing the front camera. Under the hood, it packs a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 CPU coupled with 6GB of RAM, expandable up to 12GB, all supported by a generous 128GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy A05s promises to deliver a “redefined build and finish,” carrying forward Samsung’s iconic Galaxy design. In the camera department, it features a triple-camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 13MP front-facing camera.

As for the pricing, speculations from GSMArena suggest it may retail for around Rs 12,999. Tipster Abhishek Yadav hints that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A05s might fall within the Rs 15,000 price range, aligning with GSMArena’s prediction.
