Xiaomi has launched Redmi 9i in India. The main highlight of the Redmi 9i smartphone is the integration of Helio G25 processor coupled with a powerful 5000mAh battery. Moreover, the device comes with a water-drop notch display with support for fast charging technology.
The Redmi 9i is equipped with a 6.53-inch water-drop notch HD+ display with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels. The screen bears a 1500:1 contrast ratio paired with 270-nits brightness. Under the hood, the handset works with the help of an Helio G25 processor and 4GB RAM. The company has released both 64GB and 128GB storage variants of the smartphone. While the rear side features a 13MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, the front-facing camera offers a 5MP sensor.
The Redmi 9i borrows power via a 5000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging technology. In addition to 4G VoLTE, the device provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS including a traditional headphone port. The handset is pre-loaded with MIUI 12 based on Android 10 operating platform.

The 4GB RAM model with 64GB storage is available at Rs 8299, while the 128GB storage variant will cost Rs 9299. The smartphone will be available for flash sale on September 18, 12 PM via Mi.com, Flipkart, and Mi Home including retail stores.
