Xiaomi has launched the next-generation Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 with four cameras alongside a front camera slider. The main highlight of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is the integration of up to 10GB RAM. Moreover, the handset features a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and Snapdragon 845 processor paired with Google ARCore support.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is equipped with a 6.39-inch FHD+ (2340 x 1080, 19:5:9) display, Snapdragon 845 processor, Adreno 630 graphics processor, coupled with up to 10GB RAM and 256GB expandable storage. The handset is pre-loaded with MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating platform.
The rear side comprises of dual camera consisting of 12MP primary (Sony IMX363, f/1.8 aperture) and 12MP secondary (Samsung S5K3M3+, f/2.4 aperture) sensors. On the selfie side, the Mi Mix 3 ships with a 24MP Sony IMX576 sensor and a 2MP secondary DOF camera.
In addition to 4G VoLTE, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 provides support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, NFC including USB Type-C fast charging port. The handset draws power via the integrated 3200mAh battery coupled with Quick Charge 4.0+ and 10W Qi wireless charging support.
The Mi Mix 3 is available in 6GB, 8GB, and 10GB storage models. The 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage is priced at CNY 3299. The 8GB RAM with same 128GB storage will be available at CNY 3599, while you can buy 256G storage model at CNY 3999. The premium 10GB model with 256GB storage will be up for grabs at a massive cost of CNY 4999. Expected to be made available in Sapphire Blue, Onyx Black, and Jade Green color options, the 6GB and 8GB RAM will be available in China starting November 1.
Interestingly, the company had tagged the 10 GB model as The Palace Museum Special Edition alongside 24K gold-coated bronze statue. We don’t know when the company will launch the Mi Mix 3 in India.
