Sony has announced the launch of Sony Xperia XA2 smartphone in India. The main highlight of the Sony Xperia XA2 is the integration of a 6.3-inch 18:9 aspect ratio display coupled with a Snapdragon processor. Moreover, the device offers a super wide front-facing camera sensor using which you can capture stunning group selfies.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is equipped with a 6-inch FHD+ IPS Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the Xperia XA2 Plus is powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor, Adreno 508 graphics, 4GB/6GB RAM coupled with 32GB/64GB expandable internal storage loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo. The main advantage of the handset is that youcan extend the storage up to 400GB via a microSD slot.
The rear side features a 23MP camera with 1/2.3-inch Exmor RS sensor alongside a f/2.0 aperture. Moreover, the camera provides support for Hybrid AutoFocus coupled with an 84-degree field of view. You will be able to shoot 4K videos, in addition, to slow motion videos at 120fps.
On the selfie front, the camera offers an 8MP sensor with 1/4-inch Exmor R sensor paired with a 120-degree field of view. The front camera has got f/2.4 aperture using which you can capture wide selfies.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus draws power from the integrated 3590mAh battery with support for Qnovo Adaptive charging. You can also work with a fingerprint sensor housed on the rear. IN addition to 4G VoLTE, the Xperia XA2 Plus also offers Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, GLONASS and all standard connectivity features.
The highlight of the phone is the integration of a SmartAmplifier with ClearAudio+ technology, which delivers crisp audio. Sony has launched the phone but the pricing of the device is still not disclosed.
