Panasonic has launched a budget-friendly smartphone Panasonic P95 in Dark Grey, Blue and Gold color variants at Rs 4999. Touted as Flipkart exclusive, the Panasonic P95 will be available at a discounted price of Rs 3999 during the upcoming Flipkart Big Shopping Day sale starting May 13.
The main attraction of the Panasonic P95 is the integration of Trusted Face recognition and the Trusted Voice technologies. You will be able to easily unlock the device either by looking or by using voice. This is the first smartphone to adopt voice recognition for unlocking. With Smart Lock, you can unlock the phone from within trusted locations such as the car.
The Panasonic P95 is equipped with a 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon processor, 1GB RAM coupled with 16GB expandable internal storage. It is possible to extend the storage up to 128GB. The smartphone features an 8MP camera sensor on the rear with LED Flash, while the front-facing camera offers 5MP sensor.
Commenting on the development, Pankaj Rana, Business Head – Mobility Division, Panasonic India disclosed that the Panasonic P95 is a combination of not only superior design but also performance. The phone will be a huge success because of the price factor.
Powered by a 2300mAh battery, the P95 model released by Panasonic is pre-loaded with Android 7.1.2 Nougat. The device also provides support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio including all the standard sensors such as proximity and ambient light.
