Vivo has announced the launch of Vivo Y53i smartphone with face unlock capability in Matte Black and Crown Gold color variants at Rs 7990. The Vivo Y53i is equipped with Ultra HD Technology to enable you to capture impressive images up to 32MP.
The main highlight of the Vivo Y53i is the addition of Face Unlock functionality, which enables you to unlock the handset easily by intelligently scanning the facial features.
The handset also comes with smart eye protection, which automatically filters outs blue light. You will not experience any eye strain even if used for an extended time. The App clone feature helps you to run multiple applications easily.
Responding to media, Kenny Zeng, CMO, Vivo India disclosed that the company is working hard to introduce cutting-edge products at an affordable price. The launch of Vivo Y53i will further strengthen Vivo’s budget smartphone portfolio by infusing not only the latest trending camera but also improves the user experience.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y53i features a 5-inch UHD (960 x 540, 220PPI) display, Snapdragon 425 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera powered by a 2500mAh battery. The device doesn’t offer a face unlock capability and eliminates fingerprint sensor.
