Xiaomi has launched 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant of the flagship Redmi Note 5 in China. The specifications are same as that of the standard 6GB/64GB storage variant except the fact that the new phone ships with a massive 128GB internal storage.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is equipped with a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with 2160×1080 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 5 features a Snapdragon 636 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage loaded with MIUI 9.
The rear side features dual cameras comprising of 12MP primary and 5MP secondary sensors. The front camera includes a 13MP sensor with video calling capability. The handset draws power from the integrated 4000mAh battery, which is capable of delivering more than five days of backup upon normal usage.
The Redmi Note 5 will be available at CNY 1699 for the 6GB RAM coupled with a 128GB storage option. The smartphone will be available in Gold, Blue, Flame Red, Rose Gold and Black color variant. You can also purchase the 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM variants at CNY 999 and CNY 1299 respectively.
