Honor is scheduled to launch the much-awaited Honor 10 in London on May 15. Interestingly, the launch of the phone is just one day before the mega unveil of OnePlus 6. The launch event will take place at the Old Billings Gate at 2 PM Britain Time or 6.30 IST.
If you are unable to attend, you can watch the live proceedings on social media channels or by searching #BeautyInAI on Twitter. Touted as Flipkart exclusive, the honor 10 will be available for sale starting May 16, 12 AM. According to rumors, the handset will be available in Mirage Purple and Mirage Blue color variants.
The Honor 10 features a 5.84-inch IPS FHD+ (2280 x 1080, 19:9) notch display, Kirin 970 processor, Mali-G72 MP12 graphics coupled with a dedicated neural processing unit. Under the hood, the Honor 10 will ship with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage in addition to a premium 128GB storage model.
The disappointing factor is that you won’t be able to upgrade the storage capacity. You can also expect the launch of a 6GB RAM with 128GB storage but we don’t have any information. Likely to be powered by a 3400mAh battery, the Honor 10 will provide support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC.
The rear side features a dual camera comprising of 16MP and 24MP sensors with support for PDAF, autofocus and LED Flash. On the front, the Honor 10 will have a 24MP sensor with support for FHD video recording. The camera sensors will have Leica branding and the handset will be loaded with EMUI 8.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
