Samsung has launched the Galaxy M01 Core smartphone in India. Loaded with Android Go, the Galaxy M01 Core includes a single rear camera. The device is available in both 1GB and 2GB RAM variants comprising of 16GB and 32GB storage capacities. You will be able to choose from three different color variants.

The Samsung Galaxy M01 is equipped with a 5.3-inch HD+ display, MediaTek 6739 processor loaded with One UI based on Android Go operating platform. The device brings in Dark Mode coupled with Intelligent Photos and Inputs respectively. The display looks traditional with thick bezels on the top and bottom portion. Unfortunately, the device misses the notch display on the front just like other competing premium handsets.
While the 1GB RAM model ships with 16GB storage, the 2GB RAM variant will be available with 32GB internal storage. You can extend the storage via the microSD card slot.
Talking about the optics, the Galaxy M01 Core features an 8MP sensor on the rear coupled with a 5MP sensor on the front. The rear camera is supported by an LED Flash. The smartphone borrows power via a 3000mAh battery, which is capable of delivering 11 hours of backup. In addition to Wi-Fi, the handset also provides support for Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, micro-US, and a traditional headphone port.

The 1GB RAM model of the Galaxy M01 is priced at INR 5499, while the 2GB RAM variant can be grabbed for INR 6499. The smartphone will be available via retail stores and Samsung India e-Store starting July 29. The device is available in Blue, Black, and Red color variants.
