OPPO F9 Pro

OPPO has released Oppo F9 Pro with a newly added waterdrop notch display housed on the top side. Moreover, the smartphone ships with dual rear cameras with an improved design. The OPPO F9 Pro will be available in Twilight Blue, Sunrise Red, and Starry Purple color variants and is priced Rs 23990 for the 4GB RAM model. The device will go on sale starting August 31.

Display

The Oppo F9 Pro is equipped with a 6.3-inch FHD+ (2340×1080, 19.5:9) IPS display integrated with a waterdrop notch. The screen offers a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio with a shrinked side bezels of 1.72mm.

Performance

The Oppo F9 Pro is powered by an Helio P60 processor, Mali-G72 MP3 graphics, 4GB/6GB RAM coupled with 64GB expandable internal storage. It is possible to extend the storage up to 256GB. The handset is pre-loaded with Color OS 5.2 based on top of Android 8.1 Oreo.

Camera

As per latest trends, the OPPO F9 Pro comes with dual camera mechanism. While the primary camera sensor features a 16MP sensor with a f/1.8 aperture, the secondary camera includes a 2MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The camera also comes with a wide range of effects with a capability to shoot HD videos at 120fps. The advanced AI scene recognition engine automatically detects the subject effectively.

OPPO is well known for the manufacture of selfie centric smartphones. The OPPO F9 Pro is accompanied by a 25MP sensor paired with f/2.0 aperture. The addition of AI Beauty Technology 2.1 is capable of recognizing 296 facial points with 800 million beautification schemes. The camera also offers AR stickers using which you can decorate selfies.

Battery

The newly launched OPPO F9 Pro is powered by a 3500mAh battery with support for VOOC fast charging technology. You just need to charge 5 minutes to enjoy two hours of standby time. Furthermore, the phone is embedded with AI-enabled battery management technology. In addition to 4G VoLTE, the OPPO F9 Pro ships with all standard connectivity features and sensors alongside a dedicated fingerprint sensor.
