Motorola has announced the launch of the Moto Z3 Play smartphone with support for Moto Mods. The main highlight of the Moto Z3 Play is the addition of a FullView display coupled with dual rear cameras. Moreover, the phone comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protected rear and front. The aviation-grade 6000 series aluminum frame helps the phone to resists any adverse falls.
On the specifications front, the Moto Z3 Play is equipped with a 6-inch FHD+ (1080 x 2160) Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 636 processor, Adreno 509 graphics, 4GB RAM coupled with 32GB and 64GB expandable internal storage. With 2TB expansion capability, the phone is pre-loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo.
The rear side features dual rear cameras comprising 12MP primary and 5MP secondary sensors respectively. On the front, the Moto Z3 Play offers an 8MP sensor. The highlight of the rear camera is that it includes depth-sensing AI photo capabilities with Google Lens support. Moreover, the rear camera is accompanied by dual-tone LED Flash and PDAF.
Powered by a 3000mAh battery, the Moto Z3 Play provides support for 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS including USB Type-C fast charging port. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear side with speaker grills on the front paired with 4 far-field mic system. The handset is resistant to water via nano-coating technology.
The Moto Z3 Play will be available in Deep Indigo color variant at 2299 Brazilian Real, which equates to Rs 41000. You need not have to purchase MotoMod because the company has bunded it with the package.
